An industry body wanted to hold a
series of professional development briefings
for its members, the members ranging
from highly experienced to newly appointed
directors.
Blaire created a one day Think Like
A Leader programme that satisfied the
different needs of each individual participant.
This was achieved through a framework
that encouraged participants to upgrade
their own individual leadership skills,
based on an assessment of where they
were at the start of the workshop and
where they wanted to be by the end.
Having explored a number of leadership
models, skills and tools during the
session, each delegate left with a personal
action plan for progress and the motivation
and ability to put it in to practice.
